History - I was doing research on my computer when all of a sudden the screen started shining a blinding white. When I could open my eyes, I saw that I was in a strange land. I wondered around until a black beam shot at me and in my hand appeared this strange device and this weird crest. I continued walking when I suddenly heard a cry for help. I rushed to where the cries came from only to find a little bat-like creature (DemiDevimon) was being attacked by what looked like a part man, part machine (Andromon). As the man-machine fired, I ran and snatched the bat and ducked out of harm's way. I ran until I felt that the both of us were safe.
I sat the bat down, knowing it couldn't talk, and said "Now you're safe."
"Thanks pal!" the bat replied.
"Did you just talk?!"
"Yep, how else would I have cried for help?"
"But how is that possible?"
"I'm a Digimon."
"What?! There is no way that the Digimon world actually exists!"
"Well, you believe what you want, but all I know is that you were brought here for a reason, and after saving my, I feel like I owe you big time. So I would like to offer my services to you."
"Well.........I guess I can adjust to this world. What's your name little guy?"
"DemiDevimon! What about you?"
"Just call me Phantom Renegade."
"All right, so does this make us partners?"
"I guess so."
